The medical gas systems have a oxygen reserve consisting of 4 14-L cylinders – two on the left and two on the right in the rear column cabinets (over 11,000 liters dispensed atmospheric pressure). There are also a compressed air system with antibacterial and activated carbon filtration, a centralized vacuum suction system, and an electrical system with 2 kW pure sine wave inverter. Also, low-temperature refrigeration system for drug transport and heater system to maintain infusion bottles at body temperature (arranged in a column on the front left).

Examples of peculiar features are the Philips Intrepid monitor/defibrillator in Iredem, with 12-lead interpretive ECG and EtCO2, in addition to Pacing, NIBP, SatO2, the Monnal T60 turbine lung ventilator at Air Liquid, Laerdal's LSU electric endotracheal aspirator, Braun's syringe and peristaltic infusion pumps, the Vivera M301 electric stretcher with Medirol load capacity 320 kg, self-loading translator support.

Also present is the trauma and immobilization kit, complete with a vacuum mattress.
